FINALLY - it's wedding day! Get ready to do a whole lot of relaxing and drinking mimosas while our team sets up your whole event and takes care of everything. You can breathe and spend time with your family and friends without worrying about a thing!
The second planning meeting is where you and your coordinator will cross all of your t's and dot your i's. During this meeting, you coordinator will help you wrap up the final details of your big day!
This is the fun part - planning! We know planning can be stressful, which is why we include a day-of coordinator in all of our packages to make planning a breeze. During this meeting, your coordinator will help you work out the bones of your timeline, layout and answer any questions you may have.
After your tour, we will send you a customized proposal based on your specific needs. Ready to make it official? Sign the contract and you will officially be a Waters Point bride!
This step is super exciting - the tour! Come see us in person and find out for yourself if we are the right fit. You will get a tour of our 34-acre property, venue, and riverfront cabins.
First things first, let us know you're interested! You can reach out to us via email or phone. During this step, we will learn a little bit about you and what you are looking for in a venue.
We will make sure your wedding day is unforgettable and stress free. We include full-service staffing and a day-of coordinator to ensure all of the details are taken care of. In addition, we have a unique property overlooking the Blanco River and Cypress Creek. We ensure you guests will be talking about your wedding for months.
We require clients to select one of our preferred DJ's, caterers, and our in-house fireworks vendor. If client chooses a vendor outside of our preferred vendors list, there is a $200 fee. We provide our couples with an extensive list of preferred vendors that are some of the best in the industry and familiar with our venue.
Our venue can accommodate up to 500 guests. The main indoor hall can hold about 100 people for dining, while the adjacent chandelier lawn, chapel, pavilion, and patios can accommodate up to 250. For larger guest counts, we require a tent to host the reception in. For contingency plans for events over 125, we require the client secure a 40x40 tent or larger in the event of rain.
Our resort has a total of 6 riverfront cabins on-site for your family, friends, and wedding party. We will hold the cabins for your guests to rent up to 60 days before your event. We also have lodging add-ons that we can include in your proposal. There are an additional three cabins available for rent from a different owner. In all 9 cabins, the property can sleep up to 40 guests.
