Chelsea and Drew are a prime example of a modern fairytale. The pair met on Bumble and went on their first date at a little Italian restaurant in San Marcos, TX. Even though they had just met, they felt like they had known each other for years. Chelsea remembers having that same peaceful feeling when she saw Drew at the end of the aisle on her wedding day. During the ceremony, as they stood amidst the towering Pecan Grove trees, the wind blew and leaves floated down around them, creating an indescribable magical feeling. It was the perfect way to start their happily ever after.

As the Lead Coordinator at The Waters Point, Chelsea knew as soon as she began her job that she wanted to get married here. As she saw all of the brilliant ways that clients dressed up the venue for their big day, she began to imagine what she would do for her wedding. For Chelsea, being in the wedding industry also helped when it came to picking her vendors. She is grateful for everyone who made her wedding special, but felt that her florist, photographer, caterer, and DJ especially stood out.
Cindy Gale with Pluma Blanca Wedding Floral Design tied together the wedding’s rose gold theme with a carefully crafted assortment of roses and greenery to add a bright pop of color to the more pastel and neutral-toned scenery. Holly Marie Photography captured all of the newlyweds’ special moments to share with friends and loved ones through both photos and videos. Finally, The Water Point’s in-house Catering and DJ Jesse Janicke made sure that the reception was filled with food, fun, and plenty of good music.
As the evening came to an end, The Waters Point staff took care of the cleanup while Chelsea and Drew headed off to kick off their shoes after a long night of dancing. Even though the night was over, the memories would stay with them forever.
